Nova Bright Staffing is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for timekeeping, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on timekeeping. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with timekeeping. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
