Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Lumen Meadow Staffing and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 172 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on onboarding. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
