Highbridge Ivory Care Services is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 673 people based in Houston. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
