Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Honolulu, HI)

Fernwood Ridge Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Honolulu region. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on change orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
