Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Hartford, CT)

Fernwood Meridian Inspection Services Partners tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Hartford, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client sites. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
