Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Northwind Nest Manufacturing Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 987 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on machine downtime. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
