Lumen Thistle Water Authority is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for meter reading, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 635 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meter reading. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
