Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Grand Rapids, MI)

Clearpath Sparrow Hospitality is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for reviews and feedback, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on reviews and feedback. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
