Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Grand Rapids, MI)

Ironwood Cross Health is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient scheduling. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
