Greenridge Ember Financial is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for loan applications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan applications. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
