Lumen Beacon Auto Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for customer estimates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer estimates. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
