What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing accounts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
