Bright Mill Civic Services Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for procurement, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on procurement. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
