Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Meadow Housing Associates and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 606 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance stores. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
