Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Fresno, CA)

Bright Oak Hospitality Group operates hotels and event venues around Fresno, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on group events. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with group events. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
