Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Bridge Transit Planning and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fare systems. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
