Clearpath West Arts Center is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for visitor services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visitor services. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with visitor services. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
