Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Fresno, CA)

Highbridge Yarrow Facilities is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for safety inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on safety inspections. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
