Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Fort Worth, TX)

Ironwood Vista Medical Partners builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Fort Worth, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on training materials. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
