Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Fort Worth, TX)

Cedar Nest Financial Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for regulatory reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory reports. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
