Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Fort Worth, TX)

Summit Rowan Foods is a Fort Worth food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ingredient orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
