Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Wren Foods and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer specifications. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
