Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Fort Worth, TX)

Silverline Freight is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for carrier rates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 151 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on carrier rates. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with carrier rates. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
