Fernwood Granite Manufacturing is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for scrap and rework, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scrap and rework. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
