Cedar Ivory Care Services is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
