Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Vista Press and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 984 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on proofing. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with proofing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
