Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Timber Community Partners and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on donor records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
