Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Fort Worth, TX)

Silverline Ember Manufacturing makes precision components in Fort Worth, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on machine downtime. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
