Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Fort Worth, TX)

Nova Willow Insurance Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for catastrophe response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 202 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on catastrophe response. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
