Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Yarrow Telecom and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 698 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing accounts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
