Redstone Wren Transit Planning Partners is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for accessibility audits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 264 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on accessibility audits. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
