Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Vale Staffing and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on onboarding. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with onboarding. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
