Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (El Paso, TX)

Bluepeak Forge Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across El Paso, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on certifications. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
