Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Des Moines, IA)

Foxglove West Care Services is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visit scheduling. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
