Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Dallas, TX)

Bluepeak West Civic Services supports public agencies in Dallas with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on public records. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with public records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
