Greenridge Corner Insurance is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for catastrophe response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on catastrophe response. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
