Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Nova Orchard Banking Services and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 88 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan files. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
