Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Ashton Environmental Services and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on collection routes. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
