Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Glen Inspection Services and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client sites. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
