Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Yarrow Legal Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 668 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on trust accounts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with trust accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
