Lumen Summit Learning Group Associates is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for school calendars, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on school calendars. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
