Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Cleveland, OH)

Stonegate Ivory Transit Planning Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for ridership counts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ridership counts. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
