Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Cleveland, OH)

Nova Ember Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 114 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on waiting lists. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
