Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Cleveland, OH)

Stonegate Vale Financial Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for loan applications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan applications. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with loan applications. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
