Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Cleveland, OH)

Clearpath Harbor Facilities looks after properties across the Cleveland region. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on safety inspections. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with safety inspections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
