Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Nova Junction Staffing Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 962 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on retention. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with retention. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
