Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Cincinnati, OH)

Greenridge Linden Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Cincinnati. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ridership counts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
