Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Cincinnati, OH)

Greenridge Field Learning Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 532 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
