Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Chicago, IL)

Silverline Forge Care Services is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
