Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Chicago, IL)

Bright Meridian Care Services supports families and individuals in Chicago with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
